The Yorkshire Terrier originated in the 1800s when Miners wanted a ratting dog small enough to fit in their pockets. The Yorkie was first bred in what was West Riding by probably crossing black and tan terriers with Paisley and Clydesdale Terriers, which are now extinct. With photographs by Tara Darling and facts by Kathy Darling, this is more than just a greeting card. This unique three-way card makes an excellent keepsake, greeting card or elegant self-mounting print for framing. The card has been left blank inside for your own personal message.
