We always try to despatch all orders as soon as we can subject to stock. In the rare instance where a delay is caused by an out of stock issue, we will update your order to reflect the latest estimated despatch date. All of our orders are sent securely in quality cardboard envelopes, boxes, and package bags to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the event that an item does not reach you in such condition, please call us to arrange a return and a replacement or refund.
